Protected by default
Accagrity is designed for controlled document work where access, provenance, and reviewability matter. Security is implemented across account access, workspace permissions, application routes, storage, processing, and operational response.
Identity and access
Authenticated sessions, password policies, passkeys, optional two-factor authentication, secure cookies, and account lockout controls help protect user access. Workspace membership is role-based, and protected server-side checks are applied before sensitive document, billing, administration, or collaboration actions are performed.
Document protection
Documents, revisions, evidence, citations, and provenance records are handled within the workspace model. Upload intake can be checked for malicious content, and storage access is mediated by application permissions rather than exposed as an unrestricted public object. Workspace administrators remain responsible for inviting the right people and applying appropriate retention settings.
Application and infrastructure controls
Sensitive operations are performed through server-side routes. The service uses encrypted transport, protected secrets, rate limiting, request validation, audit-oriented logging, and provider-level controls appropriate to the feature. Payment card processing is delegated to the payment provider, and transactional email uses a dedicated sending identity.
Responsible review
Analysis and transformation signals are review aids, not definitive proof of authorship, misconduct, factual accuracy, or legal compliance. Users should review outputs before relying on them, maintain backups of important work, and avoid submitting secrets or highly sensitive information unless their organisation has approved that workflow.
Incident reporting
Report suspected unauthorised access, exposed credentials, harmful content, or vulnerabilities promptly to admin@accadpro.com. Include the affected account or workspace, approximate time, relevant URL or request identifier, and steps to reproduce where safe. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary personal data. We will assess reports, take proportionate containment measures, and communicate material updates where required. See the Incident Response Overview for the reporting and notification process.
